We have several online self help facilities available, all we ask is that you check the available resources before logging a support call with us. Log into the client area of the website and check out our online video tutorials. The community is always a good place to start when you have a "how do you do this" type of question.
If all else fails, use the online support desk to log a call and we'll aim to get back to you within 24 hours – during our core business hours.
We also reward our community members who respond to questions in the community. So if you have a work around, tip, trick or handy hint, free hosting and a whole host of upgrades will become available to you.
Some clients may not want the hassle of updating their websites themselves. KleverIdeas have several maintenance packages available where we can take all the hassle out of updating your website, and ensure that any updates are applied in the correct format. See relevant services below.
Free support does not cover the recovery of a website that has become unavailable due to malicious behaviour, unless the client has subscribed to one of our backup services. Where a backup service is subscribed to KleverIdeas will restore your site from your last backup for free. See relevant services below.
Note: Free support starts after completion and handover of your website, and is based upon the configuration of the website that you paid for. Any new services or configurations are not supported unless already paid for.
